1- Selection of raw materials and componentry from internationally recognised suppliers.
2- We carry out 100% testing of all incoming goods and all processes for each step of the assembly and manufacturing process
which includes SMD LED chip assembly, all wiring connections, age testing IES file ,testing of thermal management and heat sink housing and final test at the packaging stage.
3- Before production commences we have a pilot production process to ensure we are complying to our customers’ requests and standards.
4- We guarantee our suppliers components will comply with the specifications required by our customers.
